ANNUAL MEETING, DINNER AND ENTERTAINMENT

COST:                                     $20.00 PER MEMBER

                                                $25.00 PER NON-MEMBER

Members must purchase tickets at the credit union office by May 4, 2012 if you plan to attend.  There are two three year positions and one two year position on the board of directors up for re-election.  If you are interested in running for one of these positions please let Phyllis or Melica know so that your name can be added to the ballot.  We will accept nominations until May 4, 2012.  No nominations will be accepted from the floor at the annual meeting.  The entertainment this year may not be suitable for younger children, so if we have enough that are planning on attending we will have a separate room with activities to keep them entertained.  This is an opportunity for you to socialize with fellow Berkeley County Public Schools FCU members, volunteers and employees.   Find out what’s going on at your credit union.  Mark your calendar and plan to attend the Annual Meeting! 

We will be continuing our Relay for Life Fundraiser throughout the evening.  Purchase jelly beans to put in the jar for either Eric Keesecker, Melica Propst or Phyllis Wright and whoever has the most in their jar will be hit in the face with a pie at the end of the evening!  This fundraiser will be going on the entire month of April until the annual meeting so you can stop by and donate prior to the meeting.  Please help us raise as much as we can for a worthwhile charity.

 Please mark your calendars that the credit union will be closing at 4:00 p.m. on May 11, 2012 so that Phyllis and Melica have time to get to the Holiday Inn to set up for the meeting.  Thanks for your understanding and hope to see you at the meeting.
