Who Can Join the Berkeley County Public Schools FCU?

Full time employees of Berkeley County Schools are eligible to join the BCPSFCU. Once you join the credit union, your immediate family members are also eligible to join. Immediate family members can be spouses, children, parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, and grandchildren.

How to Become a Member

Joining is easy. If you meet eligibility requirements, all you have to do is call the office to schedule an appointment to open your account.  Once here you will fill out a membership application and deposit $5.00 or more in a Share Savings Account. You will also need to pay a $5.00 membership fee at the time of opening.  The $10.00 or more will need to be cash or check.  You will need to bring your photo ID and your school photo badge/ID also when opening your account.
